Anthony Fasano, P.E., LEED AP, CPC Founder & CEO Career & Leadership Development Coach, Author & Speaker
Anthony is a certified professional coach specializing in career development and advancement, strategic planning, leadership and staff utilization. He is the creator and founder of the Career-Biz Booster Program, a six-point process to inspire professionals to eliminate stagnation and advance more quickly and profitably than they ever thought possible. He uses a combination of this program, the Energy Leadership Development System, and his highly effective coaching technique to help professionals work through blocks, prioritize effectively, set clear goals and achieve their maximum potential.
In addition to his coaching credentials, Anthony is also an author and a professional speaker. He is a contributing author of the soon to be published book entitled The Coach’s Journey as well as the author of A Daily Boost From Your Professional PartnerTM which is a popular daily e-mail that goes out to engineers and technical professionals worldwide Monday through Friday. This is a free service that is available to all professionals with the intent of helping professionals stay focused and inspired in their career and leadership endeavors. Anthony is also an industry recognized motivational platform speaker on the topics of career and leadership development.
In 2008 Anthony was selected by Rockland County of New York to participate in the Leadership Rockland program, which is a 12-month leadership development program in which participants receive leadership training from local politicians, economists, historians, artists and other professionals. In 2009 Anthony was selected to receive the “Forty under 40” Award from the Rockland County Economic Development Corporation which recognizes the most promising up-and-coming young members of the Rockland County business community. The award is based on professional and entrepreneurial accomplishments, community involvement, and the nominee’s positive impact on the local community.
Anthony is involved in many professional societies and organizations. He co-founded the American Society of Civil Engineers Lower Hudson Valley Younger Member Group and is currently President of the National Society of Professional Engineers, Rockland Chapter. In addition to this Anthony was previously awarded the Young Engineer of the Year award from the society and received an NYSSPE Presidential Citation for his contributions. He is a member of the Rockland Community College CAD Advisory Committee as well as Treasurer of the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association.
Anthony received a B.S. and a M.S. in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College and Columbia University, respectively and has many certifications and accreditations in the engineering field. He received his coaching certification from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
Diana M. Gáler, Ph.D., DABT*, CPC
As a scientist and executive in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Diana Gáler learned early on that teams with a clear purpose and results focus, created to maximize the positive contributions of their members, achieved the best results.
Dr. Gáler has more than 25 years of senior management experience and a proven record of delivering results and leading organizations through strategic planning and change. Over her career she has successfully led cross-site, multinational, multi-company and multi-cultural teams that got results, such as progressing projects to completion, reducing costs by as much as 80%, implementing new organizational structures and developing effective training programs.
As a coach, Diana is sharing her passion to energize the careers of leaders, primarily in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, and help them create successful, engaged teams. She is motivated by the important and valuable role of this industry in advancing the public health and recognition of the impact of these seismic changes on its scientists and executives. She is certified as a Professional Coach by the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Dr. Gáler is also an Energy Leadership TM Index Master Practitioner.
Diana has an international background, having lived in Argentina, the US and Canada. She received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Biochemistry from McGill University and her Ph.D. from New York University. She has been a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology since 1988. She is fluent in English and Spanish and is available to coach in both languages.

Samita Loomba, CPC, ELI-MP
Samita, Executive and Leadership Coach, brings to you a defined coaching process along with years of experience in client interface, analysis, management and success. A very organized, goal-oriented, action-oriented and results-oriented individual used her own life as an example to master the skill of leadership by applying it to every aspect of her life, situation or idea and created a very happy, healthy, fulfilled, balanced and productive life.
Samita strongly believes that everyone is a born leader and therefore she has developed a four step Leadership Empowerment Program to help people ‘awaken’ the leader within. She is passionate about helping others recognize their strengths, build upon them to create new opportunities and overcome any unique challenges. She actively works with the clients to focus on, “What is right”, ” What is working”, and “How new opportunities can be created.”
As the Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index she brings to you a one-of-a-kind assessment that will help you to baseline your leadership abilities, your level of engagement in life and your awareness of who you truly are, versus who you think and act like you are. By creating your baseline she gives you an opportunity to decide, “What type of leader you want to be” and then diligently works with you to help you achieve that “Ideal Leader.”
She has consulted for years in the IT field, working with business clients to understand their needs, translate them into requirements and then get them developed to client satisfaction. Her knowledge and commitment to clients has been time proven. She is well versed in helping clients think through their needs, discern between their wants and reality and create a plan that is achievable and measurable.
Samita has B.S in Education, M.S in Home Science and M.S in Management Information Systems. She speaks English, Hindi and Punjabi. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the New Jersey Coaches Association.

Lizzie B. Benfanti, CPC, ELI-MP
Lizzie Benfanti is passionate about environmental issues and provides one-on-one coaching to conscious organizations that are committed to protecting and preserving the planet’s diversity and resources. She specializes in partnering with new and existing corporate leaders in helping maximize their potential so they can become more effective, successful and balanced.
Lizzie’s background includes over ten years experience coaching, designing and developing workshops, uncovering business needs, and facilitating individual and group trainings in the area of leadership, interpersonal communications and emotional intelligence skills. Lizzie gained a tremendous amount of experience coaching, designing and facilitating individual and group training programs across a number of industries. Her experiences helped her gain a solid understanding of common leadership challenges and the skills required to continue thriving in their role.
She is recognized by her coaching clients as energetic, inspirational and appropriately funny. Her clients are motivated to cast off counterproductive beliefs and perceptions and create positive life changing actions to create whatever they desire for themselves. Regardless how challenging the client believes his/her issue is, Lizzie’s supportive coaching style helps the client dig deep for answers. This results in an energy shift where the client moves into action resulting in greater fulfillment, success and satisfaction.

Sandra Pradas, CPC
With 9 years in social service work and education empowerment, Sandra’s experience includes management, training and facilitation, workshop development, individual client work (both therapeutic and non-therapeutic), leadership development, cross-cultural competency, and team building. With her background, Sandra has been able to support and foster her clients’ abilities to:
