Boot Camp for Engineers

Our founder Anthony Fasano, P.E., LEED AP knows from his engineering experience that typically engineers do not possess the “soft” skills needed to take their career and organizations to the level that they would like to.  By “soft” skills we mean networking, communication, organization, leadership and other various people skills.  Our Boot Camp for Engineers includes four 2 hour interactive workshops over a two month period and an initial fact finding session where we will interview your employees to design the workshops to maximize your investment. The workshops may include the following topics depending on the specific needs of the client.
