Notes:
1. The webinars will cover topics related to the development of soft skills including but not limited to communication, networking, public speaking, delegation, business development (for engineers), conflict resolution, organization skills, leadership, etc. The webinars will be administered by our founder, engineering career coach, Anthony Fasano, P.E. as well as other engineering career development experts.
2. Members may participate in as many of the group coaching calls as they like each month. During these calls they will have the opportunity to ask questions of our founder, engineering career coach, Anthony Fasano.
3. Members will be e-mailed the recordings for all of the monthly calls in the form of .mp3 files for their use.
4. Opening and closing codes will be provided for each call so that employers can track attendance of employees.
How The Institute of Engineering Career Development TM Came About
For several years, our clients and prospective clients have confirmed to us that their engineers are in need of soft skills training, however training budgets have been minimal or non-existent in recent history due to tough economic conditions. Our executive coaching and speaking services for engineers, while very powerful, have not been affordable for engineering companies in these tough economic times. To meet the needs of our clients, we created the Institute for Engineering Career Development TM, which as described above, is an extremely affordable ongoing training community for engineers that contains both live presentations and executive coaching to help engineers develop into confident, business savvy engineer leaders.
For as low as $10 per month per employee your engineers will receive top of the line soft skills and leadership development training, specific to engineers. We have set up this program to be convenient for engineers with varying schedules, as all of the webinars and group coaching calls will be recorded and e-mailed to the members, should the live times not work with their schedules.
